SCENARIOS
(if applying for administrator) Recently, a staff member messed up the forum's coding, insulted the members, and generally made the roleplay hell. What do you do, and how do you fix the forum?

what are you applying for? (administrator, head moderator, forum moderator, game moderator): Administrator
why do you deserve this position?: Because I can help with plot, art, animations, and even many comics needed to do anything with the rp. I can also be a big influence with plots, and even sideplots, calandars, events and much more.
list your experience: I have made many websites and rps before. I have many stories and rps that still go on to this day. If you need anything related to art, i can get it done lickety split. I am usually online most of the day (save school hours) and i can be contacted multiple ways. Skype, Email, Facebook, deviantart, and much more.
SCENARIOS
(if applying for administrator) Recently, a staff member messed up the forum's coding, insulted the members, and generally made the roleplay hell. What do you do, and how do you fix the forum? I would try my best to fix it, and make it my hardest to get it all back together. If they mixded up the coding, i would simply fix it. If i wouldnt know how to fix it, i would look up and try my hardest on how to fix it.

I would try and contact the main administrator, Twite, or even put my head in, and tell them to knock it off, or they will have heavy consiquences. if i get permission to be able to kick some members, i will. but i wont abuse that right.

I would first message the user to stop as a warning. If they continue to do that, i would tell them, that they will get banned if they continue, or they might get in trouble (as not being able to post, or even kicked)

Head Moderator
why do you deserve this position?: I am an artist that can contribute art for the site and I am an early member so I will know what i'm doing as the Clans grow.
list your experience: I have made sites before and I have led many different types of groups, some to glory and some to rubble. (my most recent ones are thriving) I don't have any actual "moderating" experience, (aside from leading some towns, factions, and other groups, mostly in Minecraft) but I need to start somewhere and I believe i can figure out anything i might not know already. :3

Ask them once more time nicely and give some suggestions of change via whisper
Threaten to do (insert most minor power i would get such as a temp ban, perm ban, or being ignored) if they refuse to stop
If they continue, i will take that necessary action, maybe whisper some other staff and the people involved to decide their fate and let them know whats happening so that possibly an admin can try and reason with them. I would also make sure they have some sort of minor contact to a staff member in case they decide to sincerely apologize and make up to us, (via email, Skype, or pm) depending on the offense.

Very similar to the above:
First, privately tell them that this is against our rules and question their motives.
Give them a chance to take it down themselves after so many days
if they never do so, i message them again telling them i will need to take action and i would take necessary action by discussing it with other staff and telling them of the offense, and of course delete the spam posts myself.
Make sure they have minor contact incase they want to make up.

- I'd calmly remind them of the rules and ask them to use more sufficient tactics, such a "attempted to", "tried to", etc. If it progressed I'd just advise the other players to ignore their posts while I took their behavior up with the head moderator/administrator on what to do.

I've been a game moderator for another group but only once.

Well, i would first tell the group not to reply to any of the posts, ignoring the powerplaying. Then, i will whisper the player who is powerplaying and explain to them about the rules, telling them that what they are doing is wrong and to stop. If they continue, i will whisper them again and tell them the consequences and if they still continue i will report them to a higher moderater or a clan leader, then they can decide what to do with the player.

It would be nice to be one of the first Forum Mods on this website and to be able to help everyone with their needs. List your experience: I was a Game Mod on one roleplay, but got demoted due to inactivity. In my time, one player was kicked from the roleplay with my help of figuring out what they were doing. It would be great to have another go at something I know I will stay with for a long time. SCENARIOS(if applying for administrator or head/forum moderator) someone spammed each thread with useless garbage, such as links to other sites and random images. what do you do?: I would check if it is okay with the other staff members first, then take down the post. They would get a warning. If they continue, they have a chance of getting banned later on by higher staff levels. I know just as a fourm mod I am not compatible to do much, but I will try my best in these kinds of situations.
